The same link is deposited as a permanent review
Instead of creating a separate set of tools, the conference edition wraps MinuteX's live links into event pages, audience pages, console, and retrospective pages.
The organizer's staff logs into the console, selects the audio equipment of the main venue, confirms the event and the session, and starts recording. The audience does not apply for microphone permission.
Guests and viewers enter the event page through the QR code, and after selecting the language, they will see the real-time original text, target language subtitles, speaker information, and AI brief.
At the end of the session, a recap is generated with an AI digest, full transcript, translated version, and a sharing portal that guests can forward directly.
REAL PRODUCT FLOW
The bottom layer of the conference edition is still MinuteX's existing real-time transcription, real-time minutes, fragment traceability, and disconnection continuity capabilities; external additions are activity pages, audience distribution, translation cache, and post-conference recap.
6 ability
It is suitable for conferences, roadshows, forums, and closed-door meetings to quickly pilot first and reduce the threshold for first-time cooperation.
Organize events, sessions, speakers, perspectives, terminology, and action items into knowledge networks that you can continue to query.
The organizer is responsible for audio acquisition and authorization, and guests and viewers get real-time subtitles through the link for post-conference review.
Subtitle translation language and interface language support 10, viewers can switch at any time.
During the live broadcast, the current content is continuously summarized with short points and retained to the source anchor of the original fragment.
The original text, translation, summary, and status changes can be recovered; if the translation fails, the original text continues, and the summary fails without blocking the subtitles.
LANGUAGE
The conference version unifies the subtitle translation language with the interface language to reduce the cost of on-site audience understanding.
MINUTEX
Instead of an isolated summary, guests get a source, translatable, and shareable entrance to post-meeting knowledge. Organizers can also precipitate themes, people, and institutional relationships from each session.
